Bruntwood wanted a skilled and experienced team to extensively remodel and fit out areas and to create a new focal entrance area at 'The Plaza' in Liverpool, prior to letting the commercial office space within this 15-storey building.

Together with our Engineering Services division, we’re delivering a phased completion, which has been critical to The Plaza’s success. Bruntwood's customers can move in as soon as the relevant floor is finished, ensuring that valuable space isn’t left dormant. We carried out much of the remaining refurbishment work in the evenings and at weekends, to avoid disrupting Bruntwood's customers who already occupy other floors of the building.

Bruntwood experienced more pre-emptive interest in renting space at The Plaza than for any other property in its portfolio, and our customer has benefited financially by being able to let each floor as soon as it’s transformed. A great result for Bruntwood as well as its customers.
