A partner to help improve comfort and security for local residents through an ongoing programme of major improvement to more than 6,200 properties throughout Dorset.
how did we help?
We’ve modernised and improved social housing throughout Dorset by installing more up-to-date kitchens and bathrooms. We’ve also fully refurbished communal areas and fitted door entry systems to improve access for residents.
Employing a Resident Liaison Officer has been a key aspect of this project. Regular tea and coffee mornings are hosted to receive residents’ valued feedback and to inform them about what's going on. It's often the little things that work best!
