what was Metronet looking for?

Metronet, the company responsible for upgrading and maintaining two third of London's Underground infrastructure, needed help with improving the â€˜travelling experience’ for London commuters and tourists.  Increased graffiti and vandalism in trains and stations was causing a big headache for Metronet and passengers alike. 

how did we help?

We're full of bright ideas so it didn't take us long to find the right answer for Metronet - we spent time identifying the behaviour of graffiti vandals and trespassers. That way we were able to regonise patterns and prevent further incidents. Our officers are now on hand to protect Metronet's sites and CCTV operators regularly monitor trains and depots so they can capture incriminating evidence.

the results...

Numbers speak louder than words: we've reduced incidents of vandalism and graffiti by 75% over the last five years on Metronet depots, stations and sidings. The British Transport Police rely on us for information on graffiti attacks and thanks to our efforts, have made numerous arrests. With the help of technological advances and our own proactive approach, we're continually improving the service we offer - to the customer's delight, of course.
