Metronet, the company responsible for upgrading and maintaining two third of London's Underground infrastructure, needed help with improving the ‘travelling experience’ for London commuters and tourists. Increased graffiti and vandalism in trains and stations was causing a big headache for Metronet and passengers alike.

We're full of bright ideas so it didn't take us long to find the right answer for Metronet - we spent time identifying the behaviour of graffiti vandals and trespassers. That way we were able to regonise patterns and prevent further incidents. Our officers are now on hand to protect Metronet's sites and CCTV operators regularly monitor trains and depots so they can capture incriminating evidence.
